Ingredients
- 1 cup cous cous
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 lime's juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions (almost grated)
- coriander to garnish
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
- Boil cous cous per instructions, mix in the oil
- Add the onions, black beans, spices and salt.
- squeeze the lime juice, add salt. mix it well.
- garnish with coriander
